Meet Tony

From heart attack and multiple daily pills → to engineered health and endurance.

Tony’s journey began with a heart attack in 2014 that brought his flying career to an abrupt end and forced him to confront his own health. Rather than accepting decline as inevitable, Tony chose to take responsibility, question assumptions, and deeply research the science behind heart disease, lifestyle, and nutrition. What followed was a profound transformation.

Through real food, metabolic health, movement, and mindset, Tony rebuilt his strength and vitality—going on to complete multiple triathlons, including two full Ironman races, and even being selected to represent Great Britain in his age group.

 

 

Today, Tony shares his experience to offer hope, clarity, and a different perspective on long-term health.
